I was thinking maybe we should post up some videos of how to vids on Dual Actiona and Rotary polishers. ALot of people read how to, but a visual always helps!

PC How to, no audio. Swirl removal, etching, and hazing.

    http://paintcare-n-detailing.com/video/

    Barry Meguiars Polishing clinic.

Has alot of good general information on the use of Dual Action Polishers. Mentions rotarys, but the video is favored to their rebadged PC.

    Note: requires real player.

How Hazing Happens with a PC:

    PC Random orbital Demo

Swirl removal on a black toyota. Demonstrates how to with 6" Megs pad.

Excelent Video showing many products used with the PC

Note:Not in English, and ignore the rotary usage and wax application.

However, you can catch the product names, and put 2 and 2 together to figure out what they are doing. I watched the entire thing, and shows alot of techniques with various products. They do abreviate, so have your decoder ring ready!

Added to the list I loved the video. You can still see the product names and colors of the pads. Its easy enough to see what kind of defects they are going after

Yes, surprisingly it still works out ok, even with a language barrier. There are a few more from the same stable too, look for "forodetalles"

ok not to be picky and i dont speak french or whatever language it is theyre speaking but A. dont pay attention to the guy who used the 7327 with yellow pad as it was obviously his first time. B. the man who applied the nb did a pretty shotty job with coverage. i guess this is a newby training program these guys are running or something but dont take that rotary work and that wax aplication as gold.

not trying to bash them or anything please dont take me the wrong way, i think the gentleman in the white jacket put on a good demo for poishing via pc i mean if you want to know how to do it thats a pretty good visual summary imo. but the rotary action was no good, the ex app i imagine was no good as if i had ex i would probably work it in like aio and apply very thin (dunno if thats the recomendations on ex or what) but i really think they were letting unskilled people who want to learn get their first hands on exp. i could be totally wrong though i tried to watch this one french movie before and pretty much made up my own middle and ending in my mind.

Yeah, I thought some of the products went on a little thick, but he may not have wanted to do any actual correction to the guy`s car and used excessive product as a buffer.
