They work Just as good as other pad I belive they are better because of the double sided pads and I use the 6 inch PC pads for both duties so i only carry around one set of pads with me.

I read a thread on another forum that several users of this system were not happy because they were experiencing a lot of wobble/vibration. They thought this could be from the fact that the pad was mounted further away from the pc because of the long quick release attachment. They thought this could be remedied by a shorter quick release. Any thoughts?

They use a shorter quick connecter now . I don`t know how old the thread was that you read .When the Edge 2000 system first came out for the PC it used a longer QC ,they now use a shorter version. You still get vibration but IMO its due to the machine. I didn`t notice any difference when I changed over from using a backing plate to the QC 2000 system as far as vibration goes.
