I saw a short blip on a well known detailer on TV, and I noticed one of his people using the high speed polisher to apply the wax. I`ve always used the pc to lay down the wax and was wondering if there is any advantage or reason for using the high speed polisher as opposed to the pc?

No advantages of using a hi-speed to apply a non-cleaner wax on a properly prepped car.

IF it was low end reconditioning for a dealer, hi-speed and some cleanr wax or the like is the way to go to cut costs and make it more appealing.

A PC is fine for wax, but personally, I like to give the hand job for wax.....
