nothingface5384: (Love to know the meaning behind THAT log-on name!)
I am just curious, WHY would you think a force-driven "mini" orbital (assuming it`s a small-throw of 9mm or less) with a 3" backing plate & pad would finish out better than the good rotary like your Makita 9237C-X3 with the same 3" pad. OR is that part of the laugh-out-loud LOL, and the joke is on me??
Also did not know that Bauer makes a buffer with a 25mm throw. That`s gotta be a machine-and-a-half to handle.
Also curious what specific grease name/type you repacked the bearing with AND what you did to the counterweights to reduce/mitigate the vibration from your Bauer long-throw DA buffer.
