Even though the Eraser didn`t work, I`d try cleaning the area with:
- ValuGard`s "A" (or some other similar product)
- a Pre-paint Prep Solvent
With both I`d try a very extended dwell-time, and I`d try to get at the pits with something that has the appropriate length nap (not too long and not something with no nap at all...some short-nap "cheap" MF or somesuch) with the usual caveats about doing that with a solvent on a repaint of unknown characteristics.
Too bad the "detailer" who caused them didn`t buff off the product (properly) before it flashed.
