I think so Brandt, if you follow them with a yellow and essence you should be in great shape.

Definitely one step worthy IMO. Can`t comment on essence, haven`t used it.
I`ve used the maroon with Sonax CutMax with great success, even on black. It still requires polishing after, but it finishes WAY better than expected.
I also love the fact that it seems to stay cool much better, and gums up at a much slower rate.
I will note that I only have a GG6", but they seem like super sturdy and well made pads by all means

I think I will pick up a pair of the maroon UT ones then- I like to keep my money in house- ACC has been good to me

I noticed that as well. I loved how I could clean it with a pad brush and not feel like I am tearing up the pad like I would with a Rupes pad also.
If the 12 pack sale is still going on I would buy the entire set and just try them Brandt. Trust me, you will love them. Probably my favorite pad at the moment.

I can`t find any fault with the Rupes yellow or white pads. So far they have held up very well. I rarely use the blue pads, so no comment on them.
I love the low pros on my g21
They hold up well, can`t say that for my.boss pads
