Just received a FedX tracking from Harbor Frieght that my DA has been shipped.

It appears they are back in stock.

Mine came in today. I slapped my spare 6 " backing plate on it and it looks good.

Mine is 4 months old at least and is just starting to show signs of a bad cord. I`ll swap the cord and keep going.

    I`m so suggestible.

Couldn`t help it. For that price . Mine came in the other day. Slight wobble of the backing plate

Ahhh, "it`s dual action, not a rotary".

I`m an OLD country boy, so bear with me

I don`t mean the orbit. Wouldn`t a backing plate that`s out of true cause the pad to bounce or something?

I`m and old flat lander, midwest country boy, myself.

That "bounce" may be due to a lot of things.

Than again, it may be the backing plate, but doubt it.

Not enough product, pad not centered on the plate, very oxidized surface of the paint, heck, who knows from afar.
