I`m not sure how I feel about this. I have packrat syndrome and I`m gonna have trouble throwing away a pad that I could probably clean and use again.

Lake Country 1 Pad Polishing System, Single Use Pads, One Pad System, one time use buffing pad, Lake Country buffing pads

Check the Mike Phillips video to see the backing plate. That thing is VERY flexible!!

I didn`t see another thread on this so sorry if it`s a Honda...

What do you guys think about this concept? Assuming the pads cut the same as other LC products and the price is cheap enough to justify disposing them after one use: Would you convert?

I talked to my Lake Country rep, and he said they weren`t quite ready to release it (this was a couple weeks ago) and that it was for the orbital platform only (so no Porter Cable 7424XP/similar)

Intriguing concept - wish I could get to the show to check it out!

I`d talked to Eric at Lake Country, and knew they were announcing at SEMA - a quick scan of the AutoGeek site didn`t show any pricing. Any news on that?

GlossHaus doesn`t use an Orbital buffer in the system, so I`m mainly just curious.
