I have a guy I know who is selling his PC, used, with no handle,, for $45. It looks slightly different than the one I bought. It looks like it may be older. It has the 6 variable speeds, but the casing is different. Anyone know if they made any older models of the PC, or if this is a good deal.

not really when u can buy a brand new pcxp for 99-129 or as low as 79, and with a warranty. oh and a handle although i dislike using it with the handle

im thinking of selling my pc but its a hard sell with all the new models out. im thinking of just keeping it as a backup d/a since its hard to part with it for less than 40.

Don`t expect to do much correction.

So, you are trying to tell me it does less correction than the 7424 I had before, or you are just in here to say that DA`s doesn`t correct as much as a rotary? If it`s the later, thank you, but I am well aware of the capabilitys of a PC vs a Rotary.

94NDTA- I can`t keep the model numbers straight but that sounds awfully similar to my old(est) PC, which came with a 5" counterweight/plate. I bet it`ll work about the same as the 7424 (in other words, I`d say it`s an OK purchase, just get some 4" pads for it ).
