I`ll just say that I used Intensive Polish and FPII recently on a spring detail of my black coupe and I had two orange and two white pads. It went very easily and turned out very nicely. Just experiment on one 2` x 2` section and see what works. DO NOT go on to the rest of the car without determining what satisfies you on that section. Too many people jump in and do the whole car improperly and get disheartened when the car needs more work. I was guilty of it myself when I first started. Good luck!
