Here`s a video I did while working on this Holden Crewcab

I made a couple mistakes during it (didn`t keep pad 100% flat on surface and moved a little too fast on occasion) but it will let everyone see my technique

Also, be careful with rubbers, I prefer masking them.

Thanks for sharing the video :xyxthumbs

    Looks good to me!

The guy that left a comment is kind of a jerk, though.

Actually, with 4" pads on a rotary it`s opposite of a R/O and the cutting is less then (or heat generated) it is with larger pads...so to get the same cutting with a 4" pads you`ll need to run it at a higher rpm than you would with a 6 or 8" pad to get the same effect.

Your absolutely right, however with those on the outside edge of the window, they are polishable so I didn`t bother.

Some can be polished with abrasives while most need my trim dream polish or a dressing due to texture

Well autogeek are not detailers and you find out what you can and cant do by trial and error

Same with sonus, it states not to go over 1000 with a rotary but I go to 1250 with no dramas

Actually sonus polishes need a longer working time and a little more grunt in the cutting area
