Is there a company that makes a nice (washable) sleeve to cover the cord of the PC orbital to prevent scratches... Im sick of having it draped over my neck for 3+ hours everytime I detail a car.

Just bear in mind that just like dropping a MF on the ground, the cover can pick up dirt that can be dragged on the paint.

I borrowed my Cyclo distributor`s Cyclo when my cord broke and he had the DF Towel cover on the cord. If you are working in a really clean place, it is fine but if you are outdoors, all sorts of stuff gets stuck to the cover.

I work in an extremely clean work space with waist high counters surrounding it, so it will never get close to the ground. I also use a large cart when I detail so it will always be put on something.

I just drape the cord over my shoulder when standing and working on the hood, roof and trunk. It doesn`t come close to touching the car.

Standing on the hood, roof and truck will probably cause more damage than the cord. :lol
