Where can I get a velcro backing pad for PC?

Hey, I`ve had my PC for a couple months now, but have yet to be able to use it. The reason for this is simple - mine came with a wax pad glued to the back plate, and I need a velcro plate to use any of my cutting pads for polishing. My question is where can I get just a velcro backing pad? I tried Lowe`s and Home Depot, but no luck. I`d prefer a local place that I can drive to since I hate ordering things online...

try a body shop paint supply store. they`ll definately have them there. i usually found mine by using the meguires dealer feature adn searched under professional. pickedup all the paint supply stores around me.
