have been a prolific user of all three clearkote mooses and I am getting outstanding results with them with edge blue and white pads

Couldn`t find any info searching so will ask here

With a rotary what is the best speed range to use and spread time (starting at 600, then up to 1100 max and back down again)

Dampen the pad with water or not

    Any tips, please advise
