    Repair Small Leather Tear?

Hey guys - I have a customer that came to me asking if I could fix a small year on his leather seat. I really don`t work with these kind of situations, but I offered to get him some advice. Recommend any product or technique to fix this? Please see pic. Thanks!!!

FYI that`s not leather, it`s a vinyl on the sides of that seat.

That`s not a tear. It`s missing a considerable portion of vinyl which will leave a very visible repair. An upholstery shop can do it best.

yep, a lot of times "leather" means leather seating surfaces only.

This is the way I would go...as stated, any amateur repair job is going to be very noticeable.

    The 3M product is labeled:

Repairs shallow burns and minor cracks.

    That ain`t no minor crack!
