I need interior trim help

I have tried to get these stains out with Detailer`s Total Interior Cleaner, followed with Ultima Interior Guard Plus.

It looks good when I am finished, but comes back when dry.

Help!

i would try meguiar`s interior detailer. i have had spots like this in past with no luck and megs worked. there are like 3 different ones depending on the shine you wish to achieve. they do not leave in greasy feeling either like armor all.
