If they are really nasty I will use orange APC first

Zep professional, the green color, 1 gallon will make 32 gallons of cleaner.

I have been making my own lately.

1 part IPA, 1 part water. I also add about a Tablespoon of white vinegar and a drop of dish soap.

I use to tint windows and this was the best mixture I could come with to mitigate streaks. Works really well for me and it`s cheap.
