What procedure do you guys use to fix paint chips? I know you have to remove rust first. Do you use a nick sanding pen or you just sand the spot that has the rust? How do I sand just the spot that needs touch up without sanding the surrounding paint?

    Eimann carpet and upholstery cleaner?

Is this stuff effective? I would use it to pre-treat carpets and upholstery, scrub, then extract using my heated little green machine.

Very effective product indeed, remember to always test a hidden spot before during a whole area.
