I currently only use Vinyex on the interior surfaces. I like it because I dont really like the high shine, greasy look on my dash. Should I be following the Vinyex with something else or is it good by itself???

Lexol Vinylex is designed to clean and renew any vinyl, rubber or plastic surface in a one easy step. Vinylex actually penetrates below the surface layer to restore the underlying plasticizers. This deep penetrating cleansing system then lifts dirt and grime to the surface where it is easily wiped away.
Use Vinylex on your dash, vinyl top, tires, bumpers and in the engine compartment. Vinylex reduces the discoloration that occurs as tires age. It`s sunscreen filters out harmful UV radiation further protecting treated surfaces against fading and cracking.
Hope this helps you out Altimazzz:thumbup:

I am a regular user of Vinylex. It`s perfect for the "Leather-Like" seats in my C3 Corvette. "Leather-Like" really means vinyl. GM called them Leather-Like so they could charge more than "Vinyl"!
At any rate, the Vinylex works very well on all plastic and vinyl surfaces without any follow-up product.

I use Vinylex as well. I you don`t want the shiny-ness try this:
After applying it take another soft cloth and "buff" the surface. This will take the shine down a notch or two, closer to a matte finish.
It will behave differently on different types of plastics and vinyls, some will shine more or less than others based on the material, grain and color.
the important part like zoomzoommazda5 mentioned is that your cleaning and conditioning the surface.
It just makes the vinyl look brand new all the time.
