    WOW! Guessing most would steam clean that or use the tornador for that. I have used the 303-interior cleaner with great results.

    When you are getting payed to detail a vehicle that is this dirty and there are a lot of items in all the little cubbies, cup holders etc. Do you in this example take everything out of the holders clean the holder and put the tools and stuff back in to the door cubbies or do you just put everything in a box and put the box in the truck when done ? Thank you for your opinion.

    Good question about "stuff" in door bins and interior compartments. I`d ask the owner BEFOREHAND if they want the detailer (you) to put it back or let them do it.
    Some individuals can be picky where "stuff" is placed in storage areas and in what order it should be "layered" or stacked on top of each item.
    Chaos to you is order to someone else.
    If they expect cleaning the interior without removal of this "stuff", I`d kindly refuse to do the cleaning because:
    1) it cannot be done properly or thoroughly;
    2) it makes you look like an incompetent detailer
