    Vx5000 = vm3000?

Are these 2 steamers one and the same?
    They look identical.
Only difference is VX5000 states 65psi while VM3000 states 65 to 72 PSI
And their seems to be a price hike in the VM3000..

You`re overthinking this steamer purchase IMO. VX5000 has a proven track record as a commercial steamer. Why risk something else if that`s in your budget?

to answer your question, my guess is there the just a variance in how they rate the machines. Steamers may put out 72psi initially but that pressure will drop once you start using it. More or less depending on how well the heating element can keep up. Cheaper steamers (your $200 and below ones) will advertise 50 or more psi, because they heat to that point, but their heating elements don`t keep up well enough to maintain that pressure as steam is used. So it`s easy to mislead consumers on pressure because it will give you that advertised pressure initially, then drop off within a few seconds of use. My guess is one giving that range of 65-72 is stating it will maintain 65psi but initially will give you 72psi until you start using it. Whoever makes the vx5000 may just be giving you an actual pressure rating while in use, which is a more accurate representation of how the machine will perform

My understanding most all better grade Steamers are based from Italy, Just like better grade espresso machines. (Boiler tanks) The speed the heating element can bring the tank to steam temperature. It`s been explained to me the extras are what changes the price, ie horsehair brushes and amount of replacement brushes included in the package. Light duty machine vs commercial machine.
I would not be shocking if both machines are imported from Italy.
I hope this information helps with the understanding of different importers.

I am sorry that cannot answer your question. I do not know if they are the same machine.

Yeah just about every machine I came across is from Italy..some cheap ones china...about erupe or romanian

It seems like for Vapor steamers
    .Italy is the new china.

Doesn`t matter if the unit Is a grand or close to 2..it can be junk ..just like a 450 650 unit can be solid

Price on the Vm3000 is 1095 plus shipping
He also carries 1 machine as Vapor boss but that unit is def a US Steam brand/unit

Yeah it`s best nang for.the buck
I purchased the single pro..hope it`ll be able to complete an SUV or large car interior in one tank...so I don`t have to kick myself for not getting the chief 100 PSI continuous fill(double price)
The Vapor Chief 120 car wash seems great..but not sure if I`d actually be worth it

I bet it does! That`s a pretty significant diff, I`m kinda envious. 100psi is impressive.
