    The Bissell may but only after the shovel gets done. Honestly tho, there are going to be a lot of insurance totals. If it was the 60`s early 70`s you could probably clean it up, change some parts (alternator,starter etc.) and go but with all the electronics they may run for a while after a thorough cleaning but not for long.
