Hey people. My heater core cut loose in my van. Now, there is antifreeze on the rug. Knowing I have to remove the jute behind it, what would be good to clean it up with? Thanks

i`d just try a good cleaning with dawn to start with. that stuff does have a pretty oily base. might have to step it up to a degreaser.

What Steve said + extractor
Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!Post Thanks / Like - 2 Likes, 1 Thanks, 0 Dislikesjtford95 thanked for this post
surface clean with BLACKFIRE All-In-One All Purpose Cleaner and extract if possible.
You will need to lift the carpet and dry what leaked through and either dry out or replace the jute.
Thanks guys. Kinda thought about the dawn. I will take pix of the before and after. Going to pull the whole carpet out.
