Members Photo Gallery Problem

I seem to be having trouble with the photo gallery. Whenever I try to share my pictures under the members galleries, they come up blank. It also says somewhere that my account is not enabled for personal folders and it also asks me for a password for a lot of gallery setup pages, what does that mean? It`s not my account password it wants, it`s something else which I don`t have. I notice everyone else seems to have pictures show up in the gallery just fine, I don`t know why mine are always blank. Any clues?
