Need a Quickbooks User Manual cover

I will pay someone $10 (paypal) for just the cover of a Quickbooks product released prior to 2005. It is for a rebate and of course I didn`t read the fine print. TIA!

I did the exact same thing when I bought Nero 6 Ultra from Best Buy. The sale paper advertised a price of only $19.95 after rebate. What I didn`t realize was that you had to have already owned a previous Nero product. :angry
