Just what I didn`t need....

I`ve been having some pretty nasty headaches lately and they seem to be stemming from my left eye. A normal eye doctor couldn`t tell me anything, so I went to a neuro optomologist yesterday. I have an MRI scheduled to figure out which of the following problems I am having, but my choices are that I am either going neurologoically blind in my left eye for no reason, have a tumor growing on the back of my eye, or have a blood clot that is creating pressure on nerves and causing the blindness. Right now I have lost 35% of my field of vision in my left eye. Its like from 1:00 to 5:00 in that eye is just not working. Imagine having something in front of you that was obscuring your vision that you couldn`t look around. Its kind of frustrating. I find myself just closing my left eye to see things because it is so annoying.

Oh well... If there are blind Samurai swordsmen then I guess I can be a blind detailer. Overall it wasn`t news that I wanted to hear. I used to wonder which would be worse between going blind or deaf. Lucky me... I`m already deaf in my left ear so now I get to go blind on that side too. Now I don`t have to choose. Lucky me. lol Hopefully there is something that can be done and the damage can be repaired. I really hope it can be fixed... I don`t need any tumors or blood clots in my head, but I guess I`ll know more after the MRI. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I`ll probably joke about it alot and make light of it, but It does kind of scare me that this is happening. Not knowing what the problem is probably freaks me out more than the prospect of going blind. At least its only one eye. <insert smiley with an eye patch here>

Thanks for the prayers. I hope its something that can be fixed. I would hate to lose my ability to see depth because of this. That would take at least half the fun out of detailing.
