a VERY cool toy!

today i was running around ala moana with my friend, and he went into sharper image, and i ran into this bad boy called the "Dynaflex Powerball". a couple guys at my school have this, and use it for baseball, but it can also be used for tennis, the wrist snap in particular. it is awesome!!! it really works your wrist and your forearms. also, whats cool about it is, when you spin it, it generates power, so lights come on. very neat. you have fun and train your wrist at the same time. heres a hyperlink.
