    $48K jeep

Beautiful saturday, so took a little road trip with the bh today. She drove a challenger, and i drove this beast! Brand new 14 rubicon modded to the hilt. 37" tires. 3.5" lift. Dealer sends them out to be done. No two are the same. Modded different and signed on the dash. Fun toy indeed. Also got to see the $100,000 nissan GTR. WOW. Quite the machine. Sure is nice to look and dream.....

$48k and it`s not even a 4 door? They jack the prices up on the jeeps they sell already decked out.
Funny how much the gtrs cost now. They used to be much cheaper a few years ago.

My concern is the domestic auto makers are pricing themselves so high it could leave room for even more competitors such as China when they decide they want to get involved. They are passing Mercedes and BMW entry models!

I see jeeps everywhere, especially newer ones. Obviously the sales are there. People are willing to pay that kind of money so the price reflects it.

INTERIOR WATER LEAKS! And no its not "a jeep thing". Both my 07 and 12 had them. If you look at forums today, the 14`s still have this issue. If you can live with a $30k+ vehicle having water leaks, more power to you. It is like the lottery. Either you get one that has them or not. Best time to buy is during a rain storm. But even then, it can sit in the driveway, not move , and still leak when its raining. Too bad. Because they are one of the most fun vehicles to drive.
