    That`s what I call a deal!

May 10 we will be at The Bruery Sucreversary, looking forward to Rue D`Floyd and Rare Barrel. We have a limit of 10 tasters, will see how that works out.

So how did that event go? Do you ever go to the tasting event at Torrey Pines? I haven`t been to it yet but a buddy of mine has gone the past 3 or 4 years.

It was a lot of fun, all you can drink and a Bruery taster glass.

Had Rare Barrel, Oreo Black Tuesday, Rue D`Floyd (delicious, picked up 2 bottles), Sour in the Rye with Beach Plums, Grey Monday, Bourbon Barrel Aged Mrs. Stoutfire = all favorites.

Plus an assortment of others. Lines were not too bad.

    Beachwood BBQ catered.

Haven`t been to Torrey Pines, who is usually there?

Nice. Sounds like a great event. It was private though right? I`ll try finding some of those and giving them a try especially the Rue D`Floyd since it got a special mention and I love porters. That is if I can even find it since it is very limited.

Here is the web page from last years event at Torrey.

I really think im starting to dig IPA`s. not so much for the taste, even though they really aren`t that bad tasting. More for the higher % alcohol.

Try Freshly Squeezed from Deschutes, I like IPAs with Citra hops.

This one is for you Wheelz. Thanks for suggesting The Bruery, I picked this one up at BevMo yesterday. I`m having this one right now and damn is it tasty. I was going to stop by The Bruery after golf today in Dana Point but finished the round a little later than expected. After trying this I should have still went! I guess the plus side of not going is I would have spent way too much money there haha

You have to try Rue D`Floyd and Bemangoed at the Bruery, solid beers.

Also try Beachwood up in Long Beach. So many breweries now in Orange County
