There is a chain by me (5 shops in CO) that offers "Ceramic Coating, starting at $600" - this is in addition to their "5 Step Polish, starting at $600". The best part.......they claim the coating will last up to a YEAR!!!! WOW....if only I could get that business - wait, no thanks, I don`t like ripping people off.

I had a guy call me a month after paying for the "ceramic coating" and "5 Step Polish" followed by their maintenance wash because his car was swirled (Black ISF). What a shame.

everyone in our car club who frequents this place... I will absolutely NOT detail their vehicle...there is no point.. it`ll just end up looking bad on my work when I fix the swirls and they add them back and then brag about my "detail job" even though the good work would have been long since visible

Why spend the money. If you are to lazy to maintain it.

Even if you don`t have the money to fix it. How long would it take to open the door. Then move the weatherstripping to the inside. So its not smacking your paint or rims!

Ok rant over. To each his own.The "Really ?!?!?!?!" Thread

Perhaps the bald tire should be equally concerning. Heck, it`s only a Rover.
