Definitely gives reason to be thankful for what we have.
The one tree in the video looked out of place.....

I agree with what`s been said, it`s a real eye opener seeing pictures like that to make you realize how fortunate most of us really are. I think a lot of people in society need to see pictures once and awhile like these to make us appreciate what we have and to not sweat the small things.
I lived in Honduras with "poor" people. They have less stress and have more fun. They may not have a lot of material possessions, but they have a close family. They don`t dwell on the small stuff. It has been almost 20 years since I have been there and I have heard gangs have made it worse there, and I am in no way saying the place was paradise (it was fun). People in the US tend to get upset over small things like Internet service, cell service, all kind of things that really don`t matter. I knew people that lived in houses with dirt floors and no electricity or running water and they were happier than most millionaires. Perspective.

I am simply baffled by the idiots I have been dealing with at sprint.com and the sprint stores
I would have never imagined ordering a phone from sprint.com and activating it from my living room would have led to so many issues
phone is defective. period
they set me a bogus appt initially so I had to go back today
two hours later they talk to me like I`m an idiot and I broke the phone and "there`s no further issues"
I put it in my pocket and breathe a sigh of relief and drive back home 30 minutes
pull phone out of my pocket...log onto google acct so I can download all my contacts, etc
phone freezes... problem not solved
are you @#%$#@ kidding me?
and it gets worse
I go online to sprint chat and try to get instructions on returning my phone
they say I have to get a return kit 3-5 business days to get that kit (my 14 day grace trial period ends on the 9th)
at the same time I`m on hold with sprint customer service for 35 minutes until I get a cheerfully condescending lady who obviously doesn`t understand logic
after a wonderfully ridiculous discourse where she ends up only being able to offer some sort of monetary compensation (an eighty dollar credit on a paid up account in which I made It quite clear I had intentions on closing once this absurd debacle was resolved)
meanwhile the sprint.com chat box person keeps telling me I need an appointment to return the phone to the sprint physical store
she says all the corporate stores are closed today
I ask her if the repair center I just left at 2pm was not a corporate store--- "yes it is"
so why cant I return it to that store if it`s a corporate store? "because the corporate stores are closed sunday" what the ????
and the person on the phone (sprint customer service) tells me there is a store in san marcos that is a corporate store that can return phones TODAY
lol
it gets worse but seriously I need to step away from this situation before I break some things
I cannot believe the level of incompetence I have dealt with related to a simple issue of getting a DUD phone replaced in a timely manner
I am DONE with sprint
done done done
I don`t wish this frustration upon any enemies I may eventually have in life
rant over

PSA:
Keep your doors closed on your washers / dryers if you have pets...I know this. But, I turned my back for a second unloading clothes. Reached in again and felt something funny. Looked in and saw this:
