(I strongly suspect that you know where I stand on this stuff ;) )
That "clean it up" gets problematic when the subjects sometimes die...one of the big downsides of those Stupid Prizes. But I`m of the opinion that complete legalization would diminish the fatalities to near-zip in short order.
And/but...Oh man, heh heh, gee what a world we`d live in if we didn`t have to see everything that *I* don`t want to see!

Starbucks...another place I`ll never set foot into again.
IIRC Starbucks categorically doesn`t want firearms on-premises..that bugs me almost as much as the actual deal-breaker, the [individual] at the counter trying way too hard, for way too long, to engage me in pointless conversation when I just wanted to buy my bags of coffee (I was patient, I remained perfectly polite, but sigh.. he appeared to get all, uhm..hurt...anyhow  ).

Ronkh- Eh, somehow somebody will find a way to spin that so it`s the NRA`s fault just like all the world`s other ills.
Re: The "Really ?!?!?!?!" Thread
In our area, a [young person] who was protesting Gun Violence did so in front of a poster of Che G. Wonder how his privileged self would like it if guys of that ilk were running our country..."watch what you wish for, sonny.." And, heh heh, it`s not like his hero was opposed to using firearms to, uhm.. solve certain perceived social problems.
(No, no, now stop that! I see a certain quip coming..O wasn`t the same as Che and Fidel, that`d more likely be Bernie or Mr. Gore ;) )

I dont care care that he did it. It just makes me say he probably lies about everything in life. That would be enough for me to not want to be around that person.
