Can`t blame the trucker since the crossing signals didn`t work until AFTER the accident. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt.
But then again isn`t stopping at all rail crossing and looking for oncoming trains one of those mandatory things for big rigs?
think it`s only mandatory for chemical tankers or hazardous materials trucks
Jane Fonda et al and all this protesting- IMO these People Who Just Won`t Go Away are a bunch of attention junkies desperate to recapture their fleeting moments of supposed relevancy. (Helen Mirren excepted as I simply *like* her; she can be just as lefty-obnoxious as she likes and I`ll still give her a pass. Hey, I don`t have to be even-handed, life isn`t fair.)
