WOW! Impressive lists going here. Here`s mine:

77 Cadillac Eldo Biarritz (Black over red. 425ci, FWD, 24` long sporting 5 hotties trough the sunroof at once.)
    86 Volvo 244DL (drove to 340k miles)
    86 Camaro (GM`s ugly cream yellow, 2.8L V6)
    88 Volvo 244GL (daily beater)
    86 Civic DX 3-door
86 Hyundai Excel 3-door (engine exploded at 90k miles)
82 Camaro Z-28 (Triple red, t-tops, 350 TPI, modded, LOVED this ride until her back end swapped places with the front at high speeds during rain. Got lucky that night, I`m still here.)
96 Grand Prix GTP Coupe (Wife`s car)
98 Grand Prix GT Sedan (Hmm, this one swapped ends on me, too. Back to Volvos.)
90 Volvo 745GL (Perfect family wagon. Safe, reliable, 30mpg)
    00 Ranger XLT (Work truck)

Dang that was theraputic. Conjured up a whole lotta memories. Thanks for the great idea Frank!

    Regards,
    Mike R.

    Hey Charles,

Was that you in the movie, `It`s a Wonderful Life`? You know the scene where George Bailey crashes his Model T Ford into a tree and then just leaves it there. Sounds a lot like your story.

Totoland: How do you like the Mach 1? What were your other possible options before you purchased the Mustang?

BaDmOtheR: I actually started looking at the Bullitt edition Mustangs from 2001. I`ve never owned a Mustang and ended up with the Mach because of the increased power and distinctive shaker.

I also looked at the Cobra Stang...but pricing + higher insurance kept me from it.

I tried to keep moving up on the food chain. Jennifer had the 90 Accord when I met her and we sold that when we bought the 99. I`m pretty sure we are done buying cars for awhile. I haven`t driven anything lately that I want more than what I currently have. My cars may not be the nicest cars in the world, but they do everything I want them to do and I`ve learned to be content with what you have because the grass is always greener....

94 Grande Prix LE: "The UFO" (headlights across the whole front), blew the tranny. Held a lot of drunken High Schoolers.
94 Accord EX: Couldn`t make it go any faster. Sister got it and totalled it.
92 BMX: flat black. More fun than the Accord.
87 Volvo 240 DL: Clean body, perfect metallic blue original paint, 268k/mi. and 12mpg.
94 Volvo 850T: Dayumm fun! Modded at ~265HP made a lotta people mad. . . beat by a Volvo?!
97 4Runner 4WD Ltd: A lotta body to keep swirl free. It`s black/anthracite, but not always swirl-free. Slowly getting higher, and faster, and shinier.

    1989 Pontiac Grand Am SE

-In the shop damn near every other day to fix the stupid thing.

    1986 Dodge Daytona
    -These cars plain rock!

    1994 Ford Probe

    1985 Ford Thunderbird
-This was a sweet show car, fully customized, etc, etc, etc.!
Lost this car to the building it was in being a victim of arson.

    1987 Ford Thunderbird
    1988 Ford Thunderbird
    1995 Ford Thunderbird

    1983 Mercury Cougar SVT
-This one is my baby. 80% restored, and heavily modified.

    1989 Saleen Mustang
    - hrmmm, paint would be nice. Primer just doesn`t shine too well.

    Currently have:
    1995 Ford Thunderbird
    1983 Mercury Cougar SVT
    1989 Saleen Mustang

Pretty much brand loyal here. Based on the extremely good luck I have had with the Fox Chasis Cars, I don`t see that changing.

I`d love to find another 85 Tbird like my old one sometime in the near future.

Otherwise, My other half would love a brand new GMC Yukon, loaded to the hilt. Definately a kick ass truck.

too many cars, so little time......
    83 SVT Cougar
    95 Tbird
    89 Saleen Mustang

    Obsessed?

    - Yeah, ain`t it cool!
