    Having been born and raised in Florida and lived here all my life I can say that this year`s Love Bugs are considerably less in quantity than previous years. I think the extreme cold weather we had this winter put a dent in the population.
    The millions of lovebugs that were flying all around me at Sebastian Inlet begs to differ!:biggrin:

    You`re probably right, though. It seemed like I just ran into heavy concentrations of them along the coast. I haven`t seen any around here in Oviedo and my wife`s car has some bugs on them from her commute to Rockledge, but they`re nowhere as thick as on mine.

    Wow, those things are nasty.

    I was at Disney World a few years ago during Love Bug Season, and they were everywhere. The Monorail was covered in them.

    One good thing about being in the North East (no Love Bugs).
