    Godfather of fitness has passed on.

    Jack LaLanne has died, apparently of Pneumonia. He was 96.
    Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult!

    I can hardly believe it! What an inspiration he was to countless people. The Today Show clip really evokes many good memories of my sweet Grandmother.

    He was 96 and the quality of life he enjoyed right up to the end was amazing, i really need to lose weight and exercise!
