They were being built in California / NUMMI in the joint Toyota/GM plant, but then GM bailed on Toyota and left them holding the bag which resulted in the plant being closed. Or something like that.
Glad to know they`re coming back here instead of being built in Mexico/Baja California. I`m glad to see at least some automakers bringing jobs to the US.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.
