    E-bay prices

I checked the prices for a sandisk 16gb card at Meijer`s and then today watched them sell on E-bay and it is clear that these people don`t know what the retail price is because they are paying more than what they cost at Meijer`s
Seems like they get caught up in the biding and just got to win regardless of price.
    Steve should try selling their

Steve should try selling their what? Towels? Waxes?

Ebay, like any other auction, gets people caught up in the moment of the excitement of bidding. If you know what you want to pay, set that as your bid, verify the shipping rate and method and place your bid. Ive gotten caught up in bidding before and paid a little more than I should on there before myself.

If I bid I already know what the retail price is. NOT going to pay more than that.

I have got a few good buys but you need to use your head and not get caught up in the bidding.

    Re: E-bay prices

Some people don`t even know much about a product itself, it seems. For example, I have seen dollar store products listed at a starting bid of $3.99. Then there is S+H on top of that... and people have actually bid on them. The only thing I can think of that would have someone paying over 7X the regular retail price for something is that they don`t have that product locally, so they aren`t aware of the MSRP.
