    Hiking On The Iraq Boarder?

Who in there right mind would go hiking on the boarder of a country that doesn`t take lightly to anyone crossing over, much less Americans.

Did these kids not think threw what the out come was going to be?

Now we are going to spend good money trying to get them back, and for what?

Because they didn`t know any better?

Has Alaska, The Alps, Yosemite lost its grandeur that we now have to hike on the boarder of a war torn country?

I`m sorry but I just have a hard time with stories like these

I read somewhere recently that tourism is a pretty big deal over there due to the mountains and related scenery.

One man`s trash is another man`s treasure, or something like that.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.

I agree, Dave. Ignore the US State Department`s travel advisories and you should be on your own dime (including ransom/rescue/barter/concessions/whatever.) IMHTO (in my humble taxpayer`s opinion)

I guess I`m clueless on this one. I know the two reporters in North Korea were released. Two other reporters have been captured? Links?
