Plane went down

Just seen where a US Airways plane went down in the Hudson River in NYC. They said every one made it out ok. It was going to Charlotte NC from La Guaria Airport in NJ. i thank

yup it went down about 25 miles from here

They all did make it out ok, but LaGuardia isn`t in NJ it`s in Queens NY about 5 minutes from Shea stadium where the NY Mets play.
The stadium is right under the flight path for LaGuardia ... It gets a little weird during a game.

The Hudson River is the north bound route to JFK and LGA airports from the western and southern parts of the country. Bet ATC had to clear that area for them ASAP, before they made that left turn to the Hudson river when they departure from LGA. Glad everyone made it. My Congrats to the flight crew
