Dinner last night, just forgot to take pictures of the final product - It was actually pretty good tasting despite preconceived feelings many people have for the stuff without ever trying it.

I`ve eaten Haggis, The gentleman Scott that I was with said it was some of the best he`d ever eaten. I now believe all Scotts to be lying pot lickers.

This said, I don`t like liver and onions either. If you`re the type that doesn`t appreciate dense, organ, irony flavor, type meat, this isn`t the dish for you.

You would be amazed some some creative seasoning and ingredients can do for a dish.

I saw it and had to try it, I`m very adventurous when it comes to food.
