    Ron, you are amazing indeed. If I even looked at the menu you eat, I`d be as big as a house. I did think about you the other day. My son took me out for a birthday lunch. I had steak and avocado egg rolls and a prime rib sammich. I wasn`t going to do it thinking it was too much beef but they were so very different it worked just fine. Very tasty indeed.

    I`m actually a vegetarian.

    Cows and other animals that I eat, eat the vegetable stuff and then changed into a form that I like more
