    Pastrami (hot?) on onion rolls? Were those full sized sandwiches? That would be a lot to eat even for me.

    A favorite pastime of mine too.
    One was Hot Pastrami, the other was Corned Beef. No, they were a little smaller than regualr sammiches.......

    Think it was Red Velvet Cake. Not sure, didn`t have dessert.

    that is my famous onion sauce from when i sold hotdogs as a teenager in front of a super market from a hot dog cart

    ps i served it also at the detailing weekend

    Ah, yes I do recall reading about that. I had envisioned the appearance to be much more onion/relish "like". Does your onion sauce include tomato sauce?
