I still make my own food. Cant really eat out due to absurd sodium levels in everything. The "heart healthy" menu selections usually have around 1k sodium!

Well, as I`m sure you are aware... . Not all food products are created equally. This is the lowest sodium, sugar and carb teriyaki in the store. Well, in my city for that matter.
And it tastes very watered down but you can get some flavor from it.
The majority of the rest were double or more the sodium, sugar and carbs
While not ideal, I have to make due.
