512Detail- Sounds like you got that done pretty *quickly* to me! That *is* a fair amount of shreddage you had there.
Yeah...I have to do it over a few weeks lest I fill the (90-some) gallon trash can so full there`s no room for garbage.
At least your shredder comes back to life after overheating; I`ve killed off numerous ones, the last that died didn`t last through the first session. And I buy the mega-sheet capacity ones too...
Updates
Finally feeling more on the `normal` side
Two days of cardio rehab completed
They say I am clear to detail and doc says I need a good quality respirator mask and probably some type of air filtration device in garage
Went out today with the car club. Drove to q friends house and hitched a ride.
We drove to the children`s home our club supports to drop off a $5400+ check from money raised at our yearly fathers day car show.
Had s grest time being out.
Even caught some of my work together.
Scheduled a detail for the weekend of the 14th.

Brandt - Really Glad to see you’re getting to get more back to normal!
Whats the cardio rehab been?
Also great to hear you can get back to detailing - be nice seeing you restoring some shine back to the world again.

512Detail- That`s great, and it seems pretty quick too (well, maybe not so quick to you). Glad you got out and had some fun (love seeing the Club`s mascot).
Interesting about the respirator and air filtration...

First day was mostly intake and discussion
Then we hit treadmill and elliptical (spelling?)
Day 2 was 1 hr of working out. I used 5lb weights to simulate detailing a car.
They said I can bring my rupes Monday to work out with, to get used to the weight.

Thanks. Yes, feels nice. I still have my limitations but I`m happy to be recovering relatively quickly.
Cleared to detail so I booked a car on 14th weekend and 21st and have 2 other (his and hers mopars) wanting to schedule soon.
Got a few friends coming today to help in garage and a whole crew of folks coming Saturday to help paint and hang shelves.
Garage door (triple insulated) installing on 10th.
The rest of my 6 four ft LEDs will go up sometime soon once my friend has time to install.

They cleared you to detail already? Damn, I didn`t even have a heart attack, just had this done and they`re making me wait 6 weeks.

On on the bright side no rehab, at six weeks I`m good to go. They just play with my heart rate over the phone once in a while to make sure everything is working right. They told me without this I would be one of those people who seemed perfectly healthy, other than pain issues, then just dropped dead one day. Thank God for the issues with my pain pump and the need for a surgery to fix it otherwise I never would have found out about this.
