    Red Robin

First time eating at one today. Average. Nothing special. Burger was good. And they are pricey. Way better choices.

The free refills on fries are the good part. Burgers are decent for a chain.

I always get one of the specialty burgers and think they are delicious. I haven`t been in a while though.

Agreed, some of their specialty burgers are very good. The Blue Cheese Bacon burger is great but almost too messy to eat. Their tavern burgers are along the lines of Carl`s Junior but at a higher price.

It’s basically a shoney’s but geared toward burgers... How great could it possibly be?

    Re: Red Robin

I went once and never bothered going again, totally overrated IMO and I got so many better local choices near me with legit delicious burgers, and I`m not even a burger person so in order for me to like one it has to be VERY good.

I have eaten at a Red Robin one time. I do not think I will go again.

Bottomless fries were good. But $30 for 2 burgers and fries, water/soda, we though was a bit much.

If you have a chance eat at 5 Guys. Best burger for a multi store operation.

    Re: Red Robin

I like 5 guys burgers better but I do like Red Robin for going with the wife and kids. There fries are good. Burgers decent. I do like there chicken Caesar wrap. My wife, kids and myself can usually eat there for 50 with tip.

    Smashburger > five guys

I like Red Robin, I get the whiskey River Burger. But then again I am just happy anytime the wife lets me eat a regular burger and not a Turkey burger.

5 guys is a good hangover burger, dripping grease. Smashburgers is definitely better IMO.

    Re: Red Robin

I love that 5 guys has fresh jalapenos. The burgers are really good but the fries are uber greasy. And it`s expensive for what it is.
