Figure out a way to affix your favorite drying towel to one of these guys?

I think the end of the handle is actually threaded so you might be able to trim a broom stick to adjust the handle length to your liking.

I bought a tire brush today from local auto parts store. It has a threaded hole in it. You could use a broomstick or a long paint handle. That would take care of the tires. Haven’t looked to see if autopia or ag have them

Don`t think I ever tested that one. Last time I did a Big Test the only (conventionally configured, "carwashing brushes") that passed were made by Universal Brush, though sold under a few names (including "Montana", although that`s not their gentlest one). All the others either had extraneous adhesive that could cause issues, or failed the CD-test, or had what I perceived to be some other disqualifying flaw. Please *do* CD-test it first Last thing I`d want to to do is mar up that `vette, sheesh would that be a chore to fix!

I trust you`re all dialed-in on how you gotta use a brush; most people`s technique = Scratch Machine even with a proper BHB, and they blame the medium.

I`ll be interested to hear how that works out (the stick/handle). I never get the right leverage for something like tire scrubbing, don`t really like it for wheels even, but maybe that`s just me.

I have thought about getting the Microfiber Madness Incredipole. It really looks like a safe way to wash with. Maybe even diy something that makes you be able to dry with it also. Carpro US have them so take a look at them.

Glad to hear a progress and hope that you get as well as possible!

    Regards
    Tony

Ok. Maybe there is another reseller. Or maybe diy with something from the pbmg to get a wash pad or mitt on a pole.

Oh man, when I read "...[wash medium] on a pole" I think "hellooooo marring". I can`t avoid it with any such approach I`ve tried, but eh...lots of people do stuff that`s not Accumulator-proof.

This past summer, my local WalMart had a telescoping pole with a Chanile MF mitt attached to the end rather than a brush. The mitt appeared to be high quality and no different from those I`ve bought from PBMG or other reputable places.

A little Googling shows Amazon has a few versions of the same tool I saw this summer.
