LOL! Thanks everyone!!! Yes! I always encourage honest opinions! I can take it!!!!!

I plasti-dipped them. I love the dip! Easy to use, resilient, and easy to change/remove!

Barrels are still anthracite color with a little gold.

Looks nice. I always go back and forth on sticking with silver wheels with contrasting calipers or just going for gold/bronze/etc. color wheels. The struggle is real for those of us with black/gray cars..

So what`s the process of plasti-dipping? All I`ve seen is plasti dip out of a rattle can

    Thanks again all!!!

Civicclutch: I use an airless sprayer and spray the dip on. Much easier and even coats this way.

I`ve been wanting to Plasti-Dip the front bumper on my Nissan Frontier that is a bit dinged/scratched up, but was afraid that it would have too much texture. That looks very smooth.

At the price of having one of those calipers powder coated or anodized I can certainly understand that, not to mention the scar on the back side of a set of wheels that can cost well beyond 8K. Makes 3 pilots sound just right.
