I`m not very political and hate all the Facebook drama but I do have my views on things. What I can`t stand is that I don`t know if I can trust a story form either side and it pisses me off. I just want facts, nothing more, yet I have no idea where to find it....

I tend to use the "compare/contrast" approach. I read articles by multiple sources, both conservative and liberal, and draw my own conclusions from there. Not perfect, but can get a good summary of opposing spins / viewpoints this way.
Getting news from one source only is (IMO) not the best way to do it.

Reuters and the AP. The present cold hard facts, with little detail, no commentary or spin.
