Totally agree and have witnessed that very behavior many times at kids games..

What ever happened to playing sports for the enjoyment of just playing sports ??? No worries about winning, no pressure to perform perfectly...
We played because we enjoyed the game, enjoyed each other, and saw each other get better sometimes from all those days of throwing the softball as far as you could, etc...

Blaming the NRA for gun violence makes as much sense as blaming AAA for drunk drivers.

I got an email directing me to this page. So, I checked into the last page.

Gee guys, what happened to logic?

Blaming the NRA for gun violence makes as much sense as blaming AAA for drunk drivers.
    - No, it would be like blaming the alcohol Industry and their lobbyist groups. What does AAA have to do with promoting the consumption of alcohol or the rights of the people who drink it?

"There is no God" is again not factual but an opinion.
-This one can be a little iffy. But, the existence of a God is actually factual. Their is either one or not one. It`s just some people are right and some are wrong. God is good is an opinion.

The logic policeman has left the thread.

Well, I understood what Ron was saying.
The NRA and this is a quote from the web "The NRA offers resources and training to ensure the safe and effective use of firearms as well as personal safety. Training courses are available that teach proactive strategies to avoid dangerous situations, self-defense using a firearm, as well as protection inside and outside the home." Gun safety not gun violence.

Whereas the AAA and this is a quote from the web "Because of its work in traffic safety AAA was cited in 1998 as the Clinton Administration`s number one traffic safety partner by U.S. Transportation Secretary Rodney Slater. So don`t drink and drive!!

So I see the logic that he stated and did not put or add anything else to it!!!

I think you are confused with AA vs AAA.
    Thanks

Ok, that seems like kind of a stretch on what those two organizations are about presently. But, see it how you want.

Anyhow, the NRA being blamed for gun violence is based on their lobbying and political pressure exerted through political donations. The AAA is doing neither for adults right to drink.

Yep, that is how I see it and I apologize if you do not see my logic!! Used to be there was 2 sides to a coin, nowadays there are 3, heads, tails, and those that are confused. Meaning that if the coin lands flat it can be either heads or tails or if it lands standing up on edge, it can go either way depending on ones interpretation.
    Thanks

I see your logic. It`s as I stated - a stretch to get there reasonably. So, maybe you should say,"Heads, tails, and those who try to confuse the two."

So...God is factual based on there is one or there is not one?

God could also be evil or maybe good based on opinion yet some people are right and others wrong?

We obviously need more logic police

Going from my post as a base to your second sentence, I have no idea what your trying to say. Maybe restate it?

    Hello,

Actually, your post that contained that made no sense. You first state that a God is factual then claim, "Their is either one or not one" So how is that factual, that there is in fact a God? Sounds more like "maybe there is, maybe there isn`t" which is not factual.

You then state that "It`s just some people are right and some are wrong." About what?

Lastly, "God is good is an opinion" The very nature of God, at least the God revealed in Scripture, would declare Him Good. Perhaps you speak of god within an agnostic framework and one would then claim they can not truly know god therefore whether this god be good or not. Perhaps?

    Take care,
    Anthony
